Morning or Evening? When Is the Best Time to Practice Hormonal Yoga for Men

Morning or Evening? When Is the Best Time to Practice Hormonal Yoga for Men

One of the most common questions I get from men who are just starting out:

"When should I practice? Morning or evening?"

The honest answer is: both work. And both have their
own distinct advantages.

The best time to practice is the time you will
actually stick to.

But if you want a more specific recommendation here it is.

Morning Practice: Start Your Day Like a Man

If you want to feel good throughout the day,
morning practice is the way to go.

After the routine, most men report feeling more
energized, focused, and in a genuinely good mood.

Not the forced "I had three coffees" kind of energy.

The calm, steady kind that carries you through
the day without the afternoon crash.

Morning practice also sets a tone for the rest
of the day. You have already done something for
yourself before the world starts demanding things
from you.

That feeling is hard to beat.

Evening Practice: Wind Down or Heat Things Up

Evening practice has its own advantages.

If you struggle to fall asleep, the routine can
help calm the nervous system and prepare the body
for deep, quality rest.

Many men who practice in the evening report falling
asleep faster and sleeping more soundly.

And then there is the other reason some men prefer
the evening.

If you are planning a romantic evening with your
wife — let's just say the practice can be a very
useful warm-up. 😄

The combination of increased energy, better
circulation, and a calmer nervous system tends
to have a noticeable effect on mood and vitality.

Your wife may not know why you seem different
that evening.

But you will. 😄

The Most Important Thing

Whether you choose morning or evening, the most
important thing is consistency.

Practicing three to four times a week — or ideally
every day — will always deliver better results than
one perfect session followed by a week of nothing.

Find the time that fits your life.

Build the habit.

And let the practice do the rest.

I do not see Hormonal Yoga as a replacement for medical care. I see it as an excellent method for supporting men's health, vitality, and overall condition.
