Prostate Exercise From Hormone Yoga for Men: The Technique a Urologist Told Me to Share

Any demonstration of this technique would be unpublishable — which I am sure you understand..

Let's go, my friends.

About half of the men who come to me to learn Hormone Yoga for Men by Dinah Rodrigues are men with prostate problems.

Some come on the recommendation of their urologist. Others come because men who already know this method sent them.

Some arrive with a message from their doctor: "You have two months before surgery — unless things improve." And so they look for an alternative.

In most cases, Hormone Yoga for Men helps — and surgery is avoided. I also hear from men who have already had surgery and use this method as rehabilitation and recovery — always with their urologist's approval.

Stronger Erections

I have practised Hormone Yoga for Men for ten years. The difference between the times I practise and the times I do not is enormous.

When I train regularly, the erection is firm in a way that is hard to describe. It is like having an iron rod inside. 😊

In intimate life, the difference is very real.

The Technique for Prostate Health and a Firm Erection

The foundation is simple: contract and release the pelvic floor.

Imagine you want to stop urinating and a bowel movement at the same time — like when someone interrupts you in the bathroom. Contract the anal sphincter, the perineum, and the muscle that stops the flow of urine. Then immediately release.

No holding. Contract — and immediately release.

I discussed this technique with a urologist. His words:

"Tell the men to do this dry — on the bus, in the car, in a meeting. Practising it while actually urinating can cause inflammation."

The great advantage of this technique: nobody around you can tell you are exercising.

How many repetitions? I will leave that to you. Simply whenever you remember.

I hope this technique serves you well.
