Hormone Yoga for Men is not yoga. It is a sequence of 16 exercises by psychologist Dinah Rodrigues that optimizes testosterone, helps with prostate problems, insomnia and burnout syndrome. It is practiced by men aged 35 to 65+. Men who want results, not mantras.
Certified instructor Petr Bavlsik has been training men for 9 years. 99 percent of them had never practiced yoga before. Here is their story and his.
What This Sequence Does to a Man's Body
Petr, what makes this sequence so effective and why should a man keep reading?
The sequence is a complex exercise where you engage your whole body. The exercises are designed to work as effectively as possible on the endocrine glands and optimize hormone levels. Primarily testosterone.
Specifically it helps with:
- burnout syndrome and chronic stress
- insomnia
- prevention of prostate conditions
- thyroid problems
- improving spermiogram results
- strengthening immunity
- muscle recovery in athletes
99 Percent of Men Who Come to the Course Have Never Practiced Yoga
How does it work for a complete beginner?
The first question men ask before the course is always the same. Can I handle it? I last stretched decades ago. The answer is clear. The sequence is built so that even a complete beginner can do it.
At the course you learn 16 exercises plus breathing techniques plus anti-stress techniques. Completing the full sequence takes 22 to 35 minutes. After the course you practice at home on your own. Every participant receives materials with the complete sequence.
Optimal is to practice every day. If you manage 4 times a week, results will come.
When Do the First Results Arrive
How long does it take for the body to respond?
Every man is different. The body itself will tell you what needs to be fixed first.
Some men report improved sleep after the very first session. Others see mental stability after a month. I personally worked night shifts for 16 years, slept a maximum of 3 hours at a stretch and had severe burnout syndrome. After the first session I slept through the entire night.
What If You Are Overweight
Do you work with men who are overweight?
The sequence itself accelerates metabolism. I recommend combining it with regular exercise and a consultation with a nutrition advisor. When Dinah Rodrigues was asked about longevity she answered simply. We eat absolutely everything. We just do not overeat.
Men Let Things Go Too Far
What would you say to other men as a man yourself?
Many men keep things inside. Even when they are overworked and burned out, those around them do not notice. Learn to listen to your body. Insomnia, stomach pain, loss of libido. These are signals that must not be ignored.
Stories Worth Telling
Do you have feedback from men?
In 10 years of practice there are countless stories and every one of them is worth telling.
What makes me happiest is when men who were told by doctors that they are infertile conceive a baby with their partner after regular Hormone Yoga practice. That is always a truly great joy. Just like it was for us years ago, when our daughter Johanka was born after my own poor spermiogram result.
How Petr Bavlsik Trains Every Day
What does your own movement routine look like?
Every morning I exercise. I alternate between Hormone Yoga for Men and classic push-ups with pull-ups. Breathing techniques fascinate me the most. It is incredible how much you can influence your body and mind through breath.
Want to experience what the men in this interview describe? The 16-exercise sequence takes 22-35 minutes at home. No mantras. No experience needed. With results.
This article is for informational purposes only and does not replace a medical examination. I see Hormone Yoga as a natural support for men's health.
