30 Minutes a Day. And I Am Surprised What My Body Can Do.
I have a herniated disc in my lumbar spine — for many years. And yet I started practicing Hormone Yoga for Men. I keep a 30-minute routine and the results surprise me.
I feel significant strengthening of the pelvic floor and abdomen. And I know I still have a lot of room for progress.
The Routine I Kept
30 minutes a day. That is all Hormone Yoga for Men requires. For me that was not the problem — what surprised me more was what came after regular practice.
The body harmonises. Breath leads movement. I feel how energy in the body cleanses and flows differently than before.
A Herniated Disc — And Results Anyway
The lumbar spine has been my weak point for many years. I did not expect to be able to work more intensively with the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles.
But it happened. The strengthening is significant and came faster than I expected.

Why Hormone Yoga Works Even With Spinal Problems
The pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles are the natural support of the lumbar spine. When you strengthen them, the spine gets the stability it needs.
Hormone Yoga for Men by Dinah Rodrigues does not work with sudden load — it works with breath, with conscious movement, and with the deep structures of the body. That is why men with a sensitive spine or lumbar problems can practice it too.
