Hormone Yoga for Men: Testosterone, Stress, Libido — How It Works

Hormone Yoga for Men — Petr Bavlšík, certified instructor. Testosterone, stress, libido. How it works.

Hormone Yoga for Men: What It Is, How It Works, and What Men Most Often Deal With

Hormone Yoga for Men is not classical yoga. It requires no previous experience, flexibility, or interest in spiritual practice.

It is a physiological sequence of 16 exercises, breathing techniques, and anti-stress practices. Once learned, the full sequence takes 22 to 35 minutes. This method was developed by psychologist and yoga therapist Dinah Rodrigues together with doctors and physiotherapists over 30 years.

The sequence targets the endocrine glands directly — the system that controls hormone production including testosterone.

Why Testosterone Drops and What Can Be Done About It

When we are under stress for more than 15 days in a row, testosterone drops, energy decreases, sleep worsens, and the stress hormone cortisol rises.

Hormone Yoga helps reverse this process — not artificially, but by stimulating the body's own production.

The result is hormonal balance without external intervention.

Can Anyone Do It?

99% of men who come to the course have never practiced yoga. Men aged 35 to 70+ practice here. The sequence takes 30 to 40 minutes, ideally daily or 4 times a week. After the course you practice at home using the provided materials.

What Men Most Often Deal With

From almost 10 years of practice, men most often come with these topics:

Energy and fatigue — instead of afternoon exhaustion, men report more stable energy throughout the day after regular practice.

Sleep — better falling asleep and deeper sleep is one of the first effects men notice.

Testosterone and libido — the sequence supports natural hormone optimisation. After several weeks men describe the return of desire and vitality.

Prostate — regular practice is sought by men dealing with both prostate prevention and current prostate issues.

Fertility — in men who practice regularly, sperm analysis often improves. One client diagnosed with infertility conceived a child with his wife after six months of practice.

Back and flexibility — the sequence releases the back and improves posture. It works well as a complement to gym or running.

Mental balance — greater calm, less irritability, better stress management.

Blood pressure and metabolism — some men report support for healthy blood pressure and faster digestion. Always consult your doctor before changing any medication.
