Video demonstration of this exercise was filmed live in a radio studio in Prague during my interview about Hormone Yoga for Men..
Let's go, my friends!
A physiotherapist was so surprised by how much his client's body improved in 10 days of practising Hormone Yoga that he wanted to see what the routine actually looked like. We arranged a private session at his clinic — and he was amazed. He said: "This is exactly what we should be giving men over 40."
Why do most men over 40 barely walk after football? And why do some athletes still play at 50?
We all know that after 40, our hips and groins get tight. We sit in the car, in the office, on the sofa.
Many of my clients have problems with their hips and groins.
It is the first thing they tell me when they start Hormone Yoga for Men — my hips hurt, my back hurts, I can't bend over, and the belly just won't go down.
This exercise is a great compensation for long hours of sitting in the car or at the office — and also for athletes.
Because when you sit all day, or run, cycle, or play football, your groins shorten and harden.
And do you know why the belly grows? When your groins are tight, air can't get into your belly. Blood can't get in. Your testicles lose circulation — and then testosterone stops working.
There are exercises that release the hips for a few hours. And then there are exercises from Hormone Yoga for Men that release them permanently.
Hormone Yoga for Men was developed together with physiotherapists and doctors — and this exercise proves it perfectly.
It is not just yoga.
It is physiotherapy + hormones + breath. Let me teach you one right now.
2-Minute Hip Exercise From Hormone Yoga for Men
It is simple. You do it lying down.
Starting position: Lie on your back.
A. Bend your knees with your feet about 10 cm apart. Hold your right leg with your right hand so it does not move. Now release your left knee out to the side toward the floor and back. Repeat 7 times. Then switch to the other leg.
B. Bend your knees about 40 cm apart. Hold your left knee and release your right knee toward your left foot. Repeat 7 times. Then switch to the other leg.
And this is important — let your legs fall with their own weight. Not by force. If you push your leg through pain, you risk tearing your inner thigh muscle. Only go as far as your body allows. Over time it will allow more — and it does not matter whether that is tomorrow or in 10 days.
We men are wired for performance. Everything at 100%. But with Hormone Yoga for Men, work at 30%. You will see that 30% will look completely different in 10 days than it does on day one.
When? How often? What position?
Position: Lying on your back on a mat — or even in bed in the morning. 😊
Best time to practise: In the morning.Right after you wake up, before your body stiffens from a day of sitting. 2 minutes in the morning sets your hips, your back, and your testosterone for the whole day.
How often? For real results, you need to practise every day. Once a week will not work. Every morning for 7 days — and you will feel how your back, belly, and energy change.
This is important: consistency.
Remember — when you release your groins, your belly releases. And testosterone comes back.
May the technique serve you well.
